RATES
All rates quoted are subject to a minimum hire period and are not valid during holiday periods.

PAYMENT
We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash or Travellers Cheques.   A 4% surcharge will apply to American Express and Diners Club transactions.  A Security Deposit is required to cover the excess on the vehicle as well as an amount equal to the cost of the rental.  If no Credit Card is held by the Hirer a deposit equal to the cost of the rental, plus applicable excess can be made by Cash or Travellers cheques.  All charges with the exception of the initial rental are plus GST. 

RENTAL DURATION
A Rental Day is 24 hours from the time of pick up.

ONE WAY RENTALS
One-way rentals are available, subject to availability and minimum rental periods.

INSURANCE

You are reminded that under body or overhead damage is at the renter's risk and all insurance is void if the vehicle is driven on unsealed roads or out of authorised area of use as stipulated on the rental agreement.

MINIMUM HIRING AGE
21 Years

PARKING OR TRAFFIC VIOLATION
Any Parking or Traffic Violations that are incurred by the renter and require our attenition, will incur a service fee of $35 in addition to the cost of the penalty.

DRIVERS LICENCE
We ask that you produce a current OPEN Australian, Overseas or International Drivers License.

FUEL
Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when they were hired.
Should a vehicle be returned without being refuelled a service fee will apply plus the cost of refuelling the vehicle.

STAMP DUTY
Administration and State Government Stamp Duty is payable on every rental.

CHILD RESTRAINTS
Approved child restraints are available, depending apon availabilty.

STREET DIRECTORIES/MAPS
Free Maps are available in every vehicle.

FLEET
All United Car Rentals vehicles are purchased NEW and are replaced on average every 2 years.

OFFICE HOURS
7 Days per week 8am to 5:30pm.

AIRPORT DELIVERIES
United Car Rentals has a limited license for all Australian Airports.
We operate a "Meet & Greet" system.
This means one of our representatives will meet you shortly after collecting your luggage.
We do all necessary paperwork at the airport and your vehicle will be waiting for you. We will meet your flights 24 hours per day.   Free pickup and  delivery is subject to a minimum hire period. 

KILOMETRE ALLOWANCE
* All rates include 200 kilometres per day free.
Excess kilometres are chargeable at varying rates from .25 cents per kilometre.
